Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Kindel! Of course we wish for you to be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you are not, we will gladly help as much as we can.
If your product is received faulty or damaged in any way, we will gladly help to rectify this error!
Please bear in mind that you will have to return the product to us, at your own cost, within 10 calendar days from the date that you had received it. Once we have received your product, it will be inspected for flaws or irregularities. Should we also find your product to be defective, we will either replace the product, or if you prefer, refund your product in full.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, it is imperative that your defective item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. It must also be accompanied with its original packaging. If these terms are not agreed to, we won’t be able to issue a refund or replace the product.
If your return is approved and you requested a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
