Do I Have To Create An Account?

Of course not. You’re welcome to buy the products through only accessing the checkout page, without having to create an account.

However, it is beneficial for you to have one. You qualify for discounts and you have access to referral links giving you further possibilities for more discount.

Not only is this a great reason to have one, but you will also have a back log of previous orders and products you were interested in.

How long will I wait for my package?

We generally have a 3 day rule, but you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days. If you need speed delivery, this can also be arranged, however, there is an extra charge for overnight delivery.

Will my order be exposed during transit?

Not at all! We take great care in ensuring that your privacy remains intact. Our packaging is generic and only your name and shipping address will be visible on the packaging.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately not at this point. We are mainly geared towards catering for South Africans. In the near future we might expand!

What happens if I want exchange my product?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, unfortunately we won’t be able to execpt products that have already been used. If you do, however, have a faulty product, you can return it for a replacement or credit. Please be sure read through our return policy before placing an order.

To return a product, it needs to be unused and still in it’s original packaging.
